- Wedding Date: To book bridal makeup services and to reserve your wedding date, the bride’s rate + any travel fees must be paid in full. For the bridal party and any others receiving makeup services along with the bride, a 50% deposit is required to confirm services. The wedding date is considered booked once the booking deposit and signed contract are received. The final payment is due 48 hours before the wedding date.
- In the event of an emergency and the artist is unable to perform, an equivalent artist will be sent in place. If for any reason an artist cannot be replaced the full deposit shall be returned.

- Accepted forms of payment: Cash, and Credit Card/Debit Cards. Credit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee. Checks are not accepted.
- The final balance is due one week (7 days) prior to the day of the event as one payment - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the contract.

- Gratuity is not included in our prices and is entirely at the client’s discretion.
FEES:
- Valet/Parking fee: The client is responsible for covering these charges. The hotel/venue will either bill the client's room directly or the cost will be added to the total amount due. Reimbursement of any parking or valet fees paid by the artist will be required.
- Due to the amount of equipment each artist brings valet parking must be covered by the client unless prior arrangements have been made
- Travel fee:
- The preparation and packing of our makeup kits, bags, tools, lighting, chairs, and other materials we need to bring with us to provide on-location services. Our roundtrip time spent on the road.
- The time blocked for travel is also blocked off for another client who may also be requiring makeup. Unpacking and setup - once we arrive, we sometimes have to carry everything upstairs, across large resorts/venue areas, etc. on top of actually unpacking everything and setting up. Breakdown and repacking - I sanitize, disinfect, and repack all items back into my kit before leaving a job, to ensure you are getting a clean and organized experience. Breakdown of all lighting and chairs. Once everything is packed up everything must go back into the car.
- The travel fee accounts for the time, the distance it takes to get to you, travel costs, unpacking, set-up, re-packing, and the inability to take another client as the time is taken to travel.
- For destination weddings, the flat rate fee applies + flight, transportation, accommodations, & per diems are required. Flight, transportation, and accommodations can be arranged by the client, or the total cost can be added to the travel fee.

- Early morning fee: $100 will be applied to all services beginning before 7:30am, if you need earlier services please contact
- Late fee: There is a 15-minute grace period, if the client is 15+ minutes late there is a $50 late fee charge that will be due on the day of services.
- Idle time fee: If clients are not receiving services over a period of 30 minutes while artists are on location a $50 fee will be charged and due the day of services. We want to keep you and your party on schedule and that’s why we’ve created a soft timeline for the wedding day, any time that artists could be working and cannot be due to clients not being present/ready is a hindrance to the entire day.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date, or you will be responsible for the full number of services agreed upon in your contract.
- By canceling, the client will lose the retainer made to the artist.
- Upon payment of the cancellation fee of $250, the client will have no further liability to the artist.
SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- The location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client. A designated set-up table/work area needs to be available for the makeup artist(s) at the location.
- Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.
- Please have electrical outlets nearby for the artist, we may need them if additional lighting is necessary or if we are using an airbrush machine.
- Makeup services require higher chairs or stools.
- Please have a clean, makeup-free, face prior to starting your makeup services.
- Please wear a loose-fitting top, robe, button, or zip-down top. This will allow the client to get changed without disrupting the makeup.
- Makeup artists will bring their full kit of professional makeup products and tools.
- We will only use our makeup products and tools, we will not use the client’s makeup products and/or tools unless previously arranged with the client beforehand.
LIABILITY:
- All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary.
- All products are sanitized between every makeup application.
- Any skin condition and/or allergies and sensitivities must be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application, and if needed a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
- If the client fails to make such a disclosure, no refunds will be provided for work unable to be performed because of these conditions and the artist assumes no liability for adverse reactions due to client’s failure to disclose these conditions, symptoms allergies and/or sensitivities in advance.
TRIALS:
- It would be best if you started searching for a makeup artist from 6 months to 12 months before your wedding date. However, we tend to get booked up a year in advance, so we strongly suggest doing a trial sooner than later to make sure you can book your wedding date with your desired artist.
- Although trials are not mandatory, we would highly recommend them. During the trial, we will discuss and try out the makeup style you've chosen, tweak it to fit you, and make any adjustments if necessary. Trials also allow you to try different looks and see what you like best. It will also let you wear the makeup for the day and see how it feels and holds up in preparation for your wedding day. Then on the day of your wedding, we would have a look nailed down already, and everything will run that much more smoothly.
- Booking both bridal makeup and hair trials on the same day can give you a better idea of the overall look for your big day. This will also allow you to see how well they hold up together all day.
- Preparation for the trial: It’s extremely helpful to have a Pinterest board of the vibe and makeup looks you’re interested in to show to your artist. Sending inspiration pictures and makeup looks ahead of time to your artist will allow us to properly prepare and bring any necessary/specific products to achieve your desired look. When sending over any inspiration looks, please specify what you like specifically about each one.
- Please have a clean, makeup-free, face prior to starting your bridal trial appointment. Avoid any facial treatments, waxing, etc. prior to your trial as well to avoid any potential irritation.
- Before your appointment, inform your artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or concerns that you may have. If you happen to have any allergic or negative reaction during or after the trial please let your artist know immediately. This way we can make note of the problematic products and avoid using them.
- During your bridal trial, you will get to meet your makeup artist, and working together will allow you to see if we’re a good match. Your wedding day should be a positive and pleasant experience for both you and your makeup artist. If we decide that we are not a working match, the wedding date can be refused and a booking contract will not be offered. Trials are not refundable.
- Once we have created your perfect wedding day look, I will take photos of the finished look to document it. I will take detailed notes of your preferences and all products that were used to have to reference for your big day.
- Trials are non-refundable, even if I am not available for your future wedding date. In order to avoid this happening, you should book your wedding date prior to your trial.
- Booking the wedding date is on a first-come, first-served basis, and after the trial, you’re allowed 7 days to decide if you’d like to move forward. The wedding day retainer and signed contract must be received within 7 days after the trial before the date becomes available to other brides.
- It is the client’s responsibility to complete and sign the bridal services contract and submit the booking retainer in a timely manner to secure their wedding date. Booking the wedding date is on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid someone else booking your wedding date, please submit contracts and booking deposits promptly.
WEDDING DAY SCHEDULING:
- We will provide a tentative timeline based on your desired end time and party size. This timeline is created taking account of all services to be completed and extra padding time for potential delays (for example - bridesmaids arriving late, bridal party helping out elsewhere, etc.)
- Artists will arrive 15 minutes prior to the agreed start time to set up so that services can begin on time.
- Please be on time and ready for services. Clients should have a clean, makeup-free, face for their artist.
- Your bridal contract confirms the exact services needed, not hours.
- Once services are completed, artists will pack up and leave. The only occasion an artist will stay beyond the completion of total services is if hourly touch-ups are booked.
- Getting a full bridal party ready typically takes between 4 to 6 hours. It’s always best to start early, the earlier the better! The day goes by so quickly!
- The bride and any other honorary guests will take about an hour’s worth of time and all bridal party members, family, attendants, and all others around 40 minutes each. Please keep in mind all services will vary in time and depend on the overall look the client is receiving.
- The bride should aim to be completed with services before the photographer arrives.
- Clients that need to be finished earlier, will be given priority to start services first.
- Hourly touch-ups begin from the last completed makeup application to the last touch-up.
TOUCH-UPS:
- Touch-ups are booked hourly and should be scheduled ahead of time and added to your service contract. Touch-ups may be added on the day of services, only if the artist has availability and agrees to. If this happens, once the last touch-up is completed, payment is required that day for all touch-up services rendered.
- Touch-ups are recommended if you are planning on doing photos outdoors and if the weather conditions are not ideal. (For example, the summertime with its extreme heat and humidity or rain showers and wind)
- We will execute our absolute best work on your services but we cannot guarantee the look will remain the same for the duration of the day, especially through elements out of our control such as weather.
- Most clients will book their touch-ups after their first looks and initial photos, which are usually done before the ceremony, and after the ceremony/before the reception. This is usually a 5 or 6 hour touch-ups booking. The artist will stay with the bride and bridal party to be on hand whenever a touch-up is needed.
- Touch-ups will only be rendered on clients that previously received bridal makeup services from our team. If an additional person would like touch-ups/services from our artists, that had not received prior makeup services from our team, they will be charged the full makeup service rate which payment will be due that day upon completion.
